Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices in relation to people, talent and the culture within Learning Ally. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during periods of fast development and change. She served as an advisor, helping translate human resources and business plans into strategic goals as well as enterprise-wide goals with regard to performance management and organizational, employee involvement, as well as change. She is a lover of learning and sees management and team building as her most valuable asset. Her broad experience with small and mid-size companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven success and results has helped cultivate organizations that were able to embrace the concept of learning and innovation to improve the performance of groups and companies. Annmarie has been inspired to donate her talent and time to assist Learning Ally's cause. When she has time off, she also provides support for a variety of nonprofit organizations. They include participating as an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women become leaders by providing education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization located in North America with the specific mission to provide training as well as advocacy for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as supporting Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization that is dedicated to stopping the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to support those who are impacted by the disease of addiction.
